I’ve been fascinated with the Web and how it works and looks since the days of Geocities and AOL.
I taught myself HTML back in 1996, and picked up bits and pieces of other Web knowledge during my decade-long career in the newspaper industry. After a short stint at the Columbus Dispatch, I moved to Denver to work at the Rocky Mountain News. After the Rocky was shut down in 2009, I moved back to Nebraska and went back to school to develop a stronger foundation in web development.
I graduated from Metro in May 2016, and am ready to get back into creating content and sites I hope people will enjoy as much as I enjoy making them.
What I do
In working life, I set up planograms at Target. For fun, I read, go to art museums, listen to music, enjoy time with family and friends, and travel when I can.
